Returns & Refunds Policy

At 1565 Trading Company, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or special-order items

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.
• If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Please contact us before sending your return to receive instructions.
